-We are TRULY family owned AND operated - Many providers like to claim this statement, but when it comes down to it you rarely, if ever see the owners.  Together, Michael Ernst and his brother, Matthew Ernst, are involved in every aspect of the decision making and day-to-day operations and will personally guide you through the process. 

-Your family won't be tossed from person to person - During such a personal and emotional time, it is essential one feels confident in their funeral & cremation provider.  Many local providers employee endless managers, consultants, supervisors, day-shift workers, night-shift workers, arrangement counselors and the list goes on and on.  You will experience a different person assisting at each step through the process.  Rest assured, an Ernst family member will assist you from beginning to end, never wondering who you are meeting next in an endless line of employees.

-Constant communication with your director - We know how important it is for you to get your questions and concerns addressed immediately, no matter the day or time.  When you choose Ernst Funeral & Cremation Services, you have 24-hr access to your director.  You and your family are given the director's personal cell phone number and are welcome to reach out via text, phone or email anytime, day or night, with a prompt response.

-Straight-forward pricing - Many "low-cost" providers like to lure one in with discounted pricing; but the price in the end is rarely, if ever, the price quoted or advertised.  What we quote you is the price. Simple and easy to understand. Some of the common ad-ons many places charge that one may be surprised with include:

     -In-person arrangement meetings fee

     -Online/website obituary placement fees

     -Obituary creation/writing fees

     -Saturday fees

     -Residence death fees

     -Evening visitation/service fees

     -Extra weight/size of loved one fees

     -Expedited/Rush fees for cremated remains and death certificates

-We will NEVER upsell you or your family - Here at Ernst, we like to inform and educate you on your options; but never pressure you into selecting something you don't want nor need.  We want you comfortable with your selections, budget and decisions not only today, but everyday moving forward as well. Many providers have their death care professionals on commission based income structure.  All this leads to is undue pressure put on you and your family; something we will NEVER do to you.

-Unmatched response time - We know when the time comes, you are at a loss emotionally and need and expect immediate assistance.  After we are notified of the death, our goal is to be at the location of the death within the hour (whether that be at 2:00 in the afternoon or 2:00 in the morning).  In return we are also able to set arrangement conferences as early as the day of the death or whenever is convenient to you and your schedule. We value your time. 

-Zero-Obligation and No Expense Consultations  - Whether you have a question about pre-planning or at-need funeral/cremation arrangements, we are always available (weekdays, evenings or weekends), we are always happy to sit down with you and help answer your questions and address your concerns.  Never a cost and never any obligation or expectation on our end.
