Zhiqin Tang, 68, who was born on September 28, 2016 in Shang Xi, Ankang, China, passed away on October 21, 2016 in Waukee, IA. Zhiqin is survived by her daughter Fengling Xiong (Thomas Rahoush) of Waukee, IA along with a numerous family in China. A private family visitation will take place at Ernst Funeral Home with cremation to follow and services will be held at a later date back in China.
