Joe Thomas Guerrero

Joe Thomas Guerrero went home to be with the Lord on April 12, 2020. He closed his eyes to the world peacefully and surrounded by those he loved most. Joe was born August 15, 1958 in San Antonio, Texas to Eliseo and Margarita Guerrero.  He was raised in Lansing, Michigan and was the youngest son of twelve children.

Joe’s charismatic and outgoing personality lit up any room he entered. He loved riding his Harley Davidson and playing his guitar. He especially loved his grandchildren and attending their sporting events. He loved Jesus and lived his life by his favorite Bible verse, Psalm 91.

Joe leaves to cherish his loving memory his wife Mary Ann, his daughter Andrea (Josh), his grandchildren, two sisters Dolores Guerra and Gloria Klosowski, and a host of devoted nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Elias Guerrero, Eliseo Guerrero II, Carlos Guerrero, Raul Guerrero, Alicia Anguiano, Mary Lou Maldonado, Robert Guerrero, Leroy Guerrero, and Blanca Guerrero.  

At this time, memorial service is to be determined due to extenuating circumstances caused by COVID-19.
