She cherished a number of hobbies that brought her joy throughout her life, which included: sewing, knitting and watching old movies. Together, they leave behind beautiful memories of shared laughter and unwavering support throughout their years together.
Ann was a devoted mother to her two sons, John Rizzi (Joanne) of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Nick Rizzi (Dawn) of Waukee, Iowa. She took great pride in her family, especially her grandsons, Nicky Rizzi of Parker, Colorado, and Jack Rizzi of Beaverton, Oregon. The bonds she developed with her family were precious to her and enriched her life greatly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank and parents, Nick and MaryAnn Taccogna.
Ann’s journey from her humble beginnings in Italy to making her mark in the hustle and bustle of New York City, is an inspiring story of resilience and dedication. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, who will fondly remember her warmth, wisdom, and genuine spirit.
